Too much nectar and juice turned Holden from the caring, friendly guy he normally was into a shouting, badly behaved Sim. He started fights in the bars and continued his anti-social behavior outside of the clubs after-hours:

Holden unfortunately ended up falling asleep on yet another public park bench. Locals alerted Gwen, and she came to wake him up and have a stern talk with him:

Gwen insisted that she would kick him out of their house if he continued to drink. Holden brushed off her threats and as soon as they got home, he headed up to his rooftop bar to start mixing drinks…

What’s next for Holden? Will Gwen kick him out, or will he get his drinking under control? Will he get his act together or will things get worse for him? Find out in the next installment of his story…

The World Adventures expansion is like a game within a game… so much to do and so little time to do it in. Sims can visit native households, learn songs from native, visit local shops and attractions, search and collect all sorts of things, purchase rare bottles of nectar (Sim wine), go exploring in caves, go camping, etc… the possibilities are endless. Note that there is SO much more Sims can do than what I’ve posted here!

Holden is a nice Sim. He enjoys reading by the fire, going for early morning jogs around the city and studying Mixology. However… there is a serious problem: Holden likes to drink. A lot.

He manages to keep things together for a while, but one night, he spins out of control. He begins at Eugi’s Watering Hole in downtown Bridgeport, then moves onto Bridgeport Sports Zone. He has so many drinks he loses count…

After getting kicked out of the bar for being too intoxicated, Holden stumbles over to a nearby park and falls asleep on the bench.

After waking up to early morning sunlight, Holden stumbles home and heads up to his rooftop bar, where he proceeds to mix himself a few more drinks.

A lot has happened since we last saw the Thomas family. To begin with, things reached a breaking point in the household. Jones and Jennie fought constantly, especially once Jennie found out Jones was seeing other women. They bickered every night:

Jones continue to make passes at random women, although they didn’t seem to return his enthusiasm:

Alice, the youngest daughter, finally decided she’d had enough of her family, and as soon as she turned 18, she hightailed it out of the family home, taking with her most of the family funds! (There will be further updates on Alice in upcoming Thomas family stories).

Alice decided upon moving into her own home to become a Mixologist. She also started working out regularly.

Meanwhile, back at the family home, Jennie and Jones make an uneasy truce, although Jennie continues to pull her little stunts to annoy Thomas. For instance, she continues to feed him real meat while insisting it’s tofu. Jones, unfortunately, still doesn’t realize why he keeps getting sick every time he eats her food!

Jones decides that since his home life is in shambles and his love affairs with other sims aren’t working out, he might as well throw all his energy into his athletic job. He starts hitting the gym religiously, which results in weight loss and more muscle tone!

Will Jennie and Jones break up, or resolve their differences? Will daughter Alice make something of her life as a Mixologist?
