Meet the Thomas family… there is Jones Thomas, which you all have already met. Then there is his wife Jennie who loves cooking and family. Their have two teenagers: the older red head Alice and the younger blonde Emily. Alice got her cooking skills for her mother & insanity from her father, and Emily loves reading books.
Things have gone from bad to worse in the Thomas household since we last saw Jones… first of all, Jones got motivated enough to start trying to fulfill his lifetime aspiration of dating 10 Sims at once. Needless to say his wife Jennie hasn’t been too happy about it. The kids meanwhile started to act out and do weird things.
It hasn’t been easy for Jones, what with his anti-social personality and all! But he figured if he started pumping iron he could attract a hottie. He started frequenting the 24-hour gym only a few blocks from his house.
There were a few hits and misses, but he finally scored with a blond vixen: Blair Wainwright. She finally gave into his charms after multiple phone calls and a few awkward moments in the gym. One night she even met him for a secret date in the midtown park.
Blair didn’t seem to care that Jones was married; however, she made it a point never to visit the house when Jennie was home.
The pair met for secret trysts and rendezvous in quiet parks around town.
Jones was ecstatic that he finally found someone that liked his crazy personality. Blair didn’t seem to mind that he had occasional strange outbursts of evil insanity. He plotted his next move over whether he should take their relationship to the next level, or start a second affair with another Sim.
Meanwhile, Jennie was furious. After all, she put up with years of his evil and incredibly inappropriate behavior. She started accusing him of cheating on her, which of course Jones denied hotly.
Jennie had a job in a Chef’s kitchen and was moving up the cooking career ladder quickly. She spent lots of lonely nights at home studying recipes and cookbooks while her husband was out philandering all over town.
Jennie decided to get crafty in her revenge… she started making Jones non-vegetarian meals, which she knew would make him sick for hours and keep him home at night. She lied and told him she was making tofu-dogs and veggie burgers, when in reality it was real meat she was using.
Jones never seemed to know the difference until it was too late and he was sick. And he fell for it time and time again.
Meanwhile, things at home got worse. The constant fighting in the household started affecting the children. Alice, the eldest teenage daughter started acting very, very different. The first incident was bad: she got picked up in the park by the police for fishing past her 11pm curfew:
Her next incident took place only days later and was just flat-out weird (it looks like she got the ‘insane’ gene from her father, unfortunately!) Alice was spotted rummaging around crazily in her trash can for seemingly no apparent reason.
Alice had also stopped showering regularly and often stank. If that weren’t bad enough, Alice’s younger blond sister Emily had started to walk around the house – and outdoors – in her underwear. She didn’t seem to care it was inappropriate.
When confronted by Jones the night she got caught digging in the garbage can, Alice said she was just “looking for a recipe she had accidentally thrown out”. Jones – being the inconsiderate Sim he is – bought her excuse. Jennie didn’t, however. She was worried about her family and worried about the impact that Jones’s philandering and crazy behavior had on them all.
Later that night, as her husband slept next to her, Jennie started to wonder what she should do. As she read her cooking instruction book, she started to make plans…
(to be continued…)
Check back soon for the next installment of the Jones Thomas story! Will Jones start pursuing a second Sim? Will he catch onto the fact that his wife was making him sick with her cooking? Will Jennie continue to get revenge in sneaky ways, or will she focus on getting ahead in her career and plan for a new life without Jones? Will Alice start acting sane again, or will her behavior get even worse? And will young Emily start wearing clothing around the house and outdoors?

I’ve been reading your blogs for years and never knew you had such a sense of humor. Jones is such a character that you love to hate and hate to love. Good stuff here! I am looking forward to the next installment.
hahahahahahahahaha i want to see more on this story
they did a superb job with Sims 3! I can’t believe what the sims can do now. Digging in garbage cans? and the facial expressions are pricless!
I can’t wait to see the rest !
Ahahaha. Im like cryin here. Thanks for making me laugh xD I have a quite a good story too. My evil, insane, mean, kleptomanic but flirty male made more than 30 children around the town xD Two of them r his household and some of them died(he’s eating ambrosia)! XD
that was great! I hope to see more very soon. =)
Wow. That is amazing. Jones is an amazing character! you must have planned this well! LOVE IT! cant wait till the next episode/update (w/e)!!! I love it.
I think this blog is very creative. You have a lot of humor and crativity.I,like you have an ongoing sims family. They are the Frothers.Anna-Mom,Evan-Dad,Kaylie-Grown Child,Tyler-Grown Child,Rebecca-Child,and finally, the twins,Aaidan and Joel-The todlers. This family is very rich and very succesful.Evan is a Doctor,Anna is a Stay-at-home Mom,and thier two grown children are out on their own.
I think Sims was created by a genius. All the people that help make this game possible are very artistic and smart. Thanks for reading this!
~Peace and Love~
